Dan Moleti has been the Principal of Bloomfield High School in Bloomfield, CT for the past seven years. Prior to
becoming Principal, Dan served as Assistant Principal and Director of School Operations for seven years. He also
taught special education at East Hartford High School in CT. for four years before transitioning to
Bloomfield. Dan is committed to providing his students with a challenging learning environment rich with
culturally relevant curricula. Dan believes teacher development and effectiveness is essential to deliver positive
outcomes for students.
As part of his role as Principal, Dan is a member of numerous equity based committees and initiatives including
the Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) High School Board of Control, Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic
Association (CIAC) Board of Control, CIAC Sportsmanship Committee, CIAC Gender Policy Committee, and the
Central Connecticut Conference (CCC) Committee on Race and Equity.
