Harpreet Kaur Dhir, ED.D
Instructional Methods Compatible with Developing 21st-Century Competencies
Dr. Harpreet Kaur Dhir earned doctorate from American College of Education in Educational Leadership with a focus on curriculum and instruction gaining membership to an international honor society, Kappa Delta Pi and remains on the Post Graduate Advisory Board as an alumni. She worked as a Graduate Assistant in numerous courses coaching doctoral candidates through dissertation writing as well facilitating online scholarly discussions. She received M.A. from California Polytechnic University, Pomona in the field of curriculum and instruction with a focus on design-based learning. She taught M.A. courses to teachers studying the field of design-based learning. Dr. Dhir received B.A. from University of Redlands in liberal arts majoring in multiple subjects with a minor in English. She has credentials in teaching general education and special education along with teaching English Language Learners. 30 years of teaching includes elementary to college level along with scholarly publications. She is currently an editor of a book project which will include contributions from scholars around the globe on the topic of barriers in teaching 21st-century skills and the impact of digitalization. Dr. Dhir enjoys interacting with educators and parents from across borders.
