Dr. Gilbert Franco is an assistant professor in human services and psychology at
Beacon College. Previously, he was also the chair of the MFT program at Southern
California Seminary and was the lead faculty area chair in human services and
psychology at University of Phoenix, San Diego Campus. Dr. Franco was a clinical
director at the McAlister Institute for four years. He obtained his M.A. in marriage
and family therapy from Alliant International University and his Ph.D. in industrial
and organizational psychology from Walden University. Dr. Franco's specialty is
in researching, training, and consulting in the areas of job characteristics, design,
performance, and satisfaction.
