    Dr. Stacy Chang is the Director of Parent and Student Engagement (PASE) at Centralia School District in Orange County, California where she oversees district programs for students, parents, and the community. With experiences as a classroom teacher, state trainer, and school principal, Dr. Chang has had the opportunity to lead from the preschool to the graduate level in diverse cultural and socio-economic areas. She has also trained and coordinated numerous educational workshops and conferences for educators, parents, and community members in suburban, urban, and inner-city areas during her 20+ years as an educational leader. Dr. Chang earned her undergraduate degree in Educational Studies from Vanderbilt University, M.A.Ed. from Biola University, and Doctorate of Education from University of Southern California. She is also a National Board Certified Teacher, a former Teacher of the Year, and 2021 ACSA Administrator of the Year.
